SiteSync for XProtect

Interconnect management between Parent and Child

Sync cameras, folder structure, and GPS between Parent and Child sites — instead of manual Management Client work.

Core capabilities

  • Connect to Parent Management Server (Basic / Windows / OAuth)
  • Manage multiple Interconnect sites from one window
  • Onboarding — add Interconnect hardware to Parent
  • Update Hardware — discover new cameras on Child
  • Diff-based folder sync into a Parent target folder

  • GPS sync (coordinates, direction, coverage)
  • Export/import GPS via Excel/CSV

MilestonePSTools: Required for Smart Client Views, copying camera permissions, and retrieving a saved hardware password. The installer adds MilestonePSTools 25.2.18 only if the module is not already present.

Views-only tool — builds or copies Parent Views from folders or existing Views, with camera remapping for Interconnect / Federation.

Video & security integration and development

yairsys is an integration and development company for video and security systems, based in Israel. The company installs Milestone XProtect and Hikcentral, builds missing interfaces, develops Axis and Hanwha Vision camera apps, and writes custom XProtect plugins and drivers with MIP SDK. The original tools — SiteSync, ViewsSync, and StreamBridge — grew out of field projects.
